What is a good, healthy, and relatively easy way to Lose Weight?
I am 15 and weigh about 170 lbs. I need To Lose Weight desperately. I have access to a treadmill, many fitness videos, a Wii Fit, and a stationery bike. What would be a good fitness plan to help me Lose Weight Fast and easy but also healthily? I don’t want one of those 2-week fitness plans that never works and is horrible for your body.
Exercise is the Best Way To Lose Weight, specifically running. Work up to running an hour a day four or five days a week. that should keep the weight off and you won’t have to watch your diet as closely.
